2020 Safe Holiday Events

Holidays in 2020 are looking much different. So how can your family celebrate while still staying safe? We have put together a list of local events that follow the CDC’s guidelines and virtual events for those who want to celebrate from the comfort of your own home.

Light Up Clermont 2020: Holiday Enchanted Forest

Now until January 3, 2021

Until 10:00 PM Nightly

Stroll through the Holiday Enchanted Forest at Victory Pointe nightly accompanied by holiday music. 

Drop letters to Santa in Santa’s Mailbox which will be delivered to the North Pole and enjoy Holiday Photo opportunities.

  

Celebration’s Winter Wonderland Nightly Snowfall

Now until December 31, 2020

To avoid crowds and maximize the opportunity for social distancing, surprise “snowfalls” will occur throughout the night at unadvertised and rotating times. These are condensed snowfalls, smaller and shorter than the traditional Now Snowing event snowfalls.

 

The Gaylord Palms: I Love Christmas Movies

Now until January 3, 2021

Walk through your favorite Christmas movies in their all new 17,000 sq ft multi-sensory exhibit. Relive scenes from the most iconic Christmas movies, including ELF™, THE POLAR EXPRESS™, NATIONAL LAMPOON'S CHRISTMAS VACATION™, A CHRISTMAS STORY™, and THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS™.

 

Magic of Lights Daytona

Give Kids the World Village: Night of a Million Lights

Now until January 3, 2021

5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

For the first time ever, guests can experience the childlike wonder of our magical, whimsical Village during a walk-through, fully immersive holiday light spectacular. Stroll the Avenue of Angels, aglow with more than three million lights; savor delicious treats; and enjoy the accessible rides and storybook attractions that have brought happiness and hope to critically ill children and their families from around the world for 34 years.

 

A Virtual Christmas Eve with Santa

December 24, 2020

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM 

Change into your PJs, snuggle up with the little ones, and spend some quality time with Santa on Christmas Eve. Santa's top elf will entertain and navigate your family through fun filled activities, followed by a bedtime story with Santa.

 

Santa’s Reading of Night Before Christmas with Q & A

December 24, 2020

7:00PM to 8:30 PM

Get some milk and cookies and relax by your fireplace (or our virtual fireplace) as Santa reads Clement Clarke Moore’s classic “The Night Before Christmas”.

Afterward, Santa will “chill” with you and answer any questions you may have. Optional virtual pictures with Santa will be offered (no additional charge)

Virtual Live Holiday Musical (Concert) Trip Through Europe

December 24, 2020

7:00 PM-8:15 PM

In an exclusive Christmas Eve concert from international celebrity guitarist Mak Grgic, they are presenting a Christmas Eve concert that will feature holiday favorites each representing works of a different composer from multiple European countries! They will begin in Great Britain and virtually travel throughout Europe as Mak plays music from different composers (representing each country). During each song, visions of each country will be shown.
